One of my biggest pet peeves in fiction is when somebody says "this is not a [insert form of media you are partaking in]"
That said, I am liking where things are going. I wonder if Kibo will finally take care of Kiryu.
Nah, Jousuke was insane. Look what he did to Rukia, he reminds me of Kanki from Kingdom. Them taking him out was the right move.
Kai seems to be the only one who is genuinely malevolent.
Looks like between they were only produced between 1951 and 1958, so they're uncommon. IDK if they are valuable though, there is a huge range on ebay but given its english ebay I doubt it is representative of their real value.
Just read the whole series as this final chapter was posted. It was fun, the ending arc being aliens vs Yokai reminded me of Dandadan. I could see this being an inspiration.
The ending being everyone dies was pretty shocking. Mai doing her part to care for the Earth after the sacrifice of yokai...
I think every time traveler makes a new timeline. Burger guy remembered Wagatsuma from when he was a kid and Wagatsuma is in the flashbacks from the insurrection.
We are looking at 5 timelines so far.
I misread it at first. I thought they were in the orphanage together.
I know their relationship is pretty transactional but I actually think it is cute. Two kids who couldn't get along with anyone else.
I would actually prefer if they have a wholesome start to their relationship. But I think Kanamori did something calculated to get Wagatsuma on his side.
They have an interesting relationship that is deeper than it initially appears. Kanamori definitely cares for Wagatsuma who is not as clueless...
This seems really cool, I hope more people check it out.
The art is good and I like the direction it is taking as far as bureaucracy goes. Things like him getting on disability and going to school really add to the world.
