I love seeing a woman dressed up as a male and looking cool but the story felt lukewarm. it might be because the story resolution wasnt something our fl obtained but was given so it lacked the oomph of seeing her make her own decisions.

I think the story was pretty nice, I think I'd appreciate the ending more if I saw some of the guard appear and seem worried for the ml so the letter at the end doesnt feel as random.
