@dragledge The anime ended with an Original Ending, and also, it cut out some parts and changed orders of some parts of the manga. So you are better off just start the manga from the beginning again, it's still good.

@fox879 There is actually no set gender for Fujimura Ritsuka, because in the Game itself, we can freely change gender. That's why the Authors for FGO manga can choose whichever gender for Ritsuka.

No wonder there were new details that didn't follow or in the original game event, the Mangaka was never planning to adapt the game event. With the appearance of Kazuradrop, an Alter Ego that haven't been added to FGO yet, we can say that this manga is definitely following an "Alternative" route...
