*grins*
I predicted this would fall off the rails a while back. So, why do I keep coming back?
Well, when one invests time in a manga, 35 or so odd chapters, it gets more and more difficult to simply do a pure drop. Not impossible, but not easy.
First: there's the hope that maybe, ju-u-ust...
@konzolmester & others:
This has such potential. I guess I’m going to have to face the harsh reality that a great concept and a great start is not a promise that this will go anywhere.
New status: "On Hold."
I'll check it out 6 months from now... maybe.
@MissT
This manga has a similar dynamic (well, to be honest, it is difficult to tell since this only has one chapter). But if you enjoyed the premise of Kawaisugiru Danshi ga Ouchi de Matteimasu, check out:

As you wait for an update, you may wish to view a similar story: Yamaguchi-kun Is Not Bad. They're different enough to be distinct while similar enough that, if you like one, you'll probably enjoy binging the other.
@krater The killer thing is: I started on this manga really early.
I watched week after week as the writing got worse and worse.
I held out hope.
I returned only to cringe and cry: "What happened to this amazing concept?! Why is it being mismanaged?"
Then I found out this is not uncommon. Tight...
This was an interesting, and yet obscure way of translating the text. Guess I'll wait for Zaibatsu again. They're darn good at both translation and typesetting.
Still, it was a valiant attempt... but I'm sure a few words and an expression or two feel thru the cracks.
@futbuk complaints, complaints, arrogance, more arrogance.
Have it your way. I relettered a chapter of Love is War when I found the translation atrocious.
Tell me what you've done.
Well, weebtrash. What can I say. I've lettered a single chapter of Love is War and realize that it takes work.
Some of us have zero appreciation because they're entitled. And nothing can be said or done to shake them from this.
I just think of worse situations, such as: MangaDex being shut down...
Concerning bad translation and mistakes: Don't worry. @BedSales of Zaibatsu is working on their regular translation.
It's just that RM-Chan | Sahabat Beruang beat Zaibatsu to the punch. Fear not: the clearer and better translation is on its way.

@SutekiSenpai +1
I was worried this chapter would be too much of a heart-break for me to carry on. I was on the edge of setting this story to Unfollowed.
Then, when I read Kaguya's last lines ...
Yes! I'm in for the fight!
I knew that the family would pose a threat eventually. Considering...
It's nice to see Meguro-san's heart coming to life. Even though, when it comes to Makoto... how was it once described in another manga?
“He's really dense. And he has low self-esteem.”
The kind of manga that I enjoy most is when contrasting characters try to work out their differences.
Ugh. I'm 1/2 way through this chapter, of a manga I generally enjoy... and these conversations with their stupid friends/relatives are just unbearable.
