Not a hiatus, around the start of December the author apologized on twitter for the recent delays and that he's on partial childcare leave, and around the New Year he said that December was hellish for him. In better news, chapter 67 has been scheduled for release next tuesday.

@Mwarf About Bestie and Shinyuu, see my comment on the previous chapter. Aura is this translator's mistake, she's using オラ(己) , an archaic form of "I." And Pochi just seems to be her pet name for Bestie, quite literally, as it's a common dog name.

@dethduck The characters are all called by titles(like how the characters in Akudama Drive are called if you watched that last season). I suppose that the current translator decided to keep it as Japanese instead of localizing 親友(close friend, old friend, buddy) or matching the previous...
