I don't understand the meaning of hugging someone like that and start crying over what? A debate? Maybe i'm too cold about it, but my pov understood that is just something not that deep and the council debate is just like any other i've seen in many mangas or animes.

Don't want to sound like i hate this manga, but what's the council plot in mangas lately? How it's so important, when most of schools don't care about that?

Es bastante desastroso este manga. No sabes quien es el bueno o el malo porque todos, pero todos, tienen sus motivos. Y eso si bien es interesante, también aburre un poco. En fin, ojala termine, de cualquier manera ya no me parece interesante..
