new post now that I can read it clearer, the message at the bottom of the last page is "conclusion of the 'Ice' Kaguya" or something like that. so yeah, not ending
the series is not over. all the chapters have "end" in the graphics. it is taking a break for the next issue though
edit: reading closer, the next chapter may be the last one
it's been licensed for a while already. they release them as double volumes and they've already released the third one (volumes 5+6) which goes past this. now it may slow down as JP is only at volume 7
