Small amount of cliche motives (no harem/dungeon crawling/slay the evil demon lord/redeem the evil gal) is certainly a pro. Sure, MC is OP and big bad evil comes again and again but it's not that MC decided to play as paladin of sort (and said evil isn't focused entirely on him).

Story wasn't great, but still promising. Pity it was axed, especially that worse isekais still live and thrive.

Finally our mediocre hero proved to have brain.

Tbh I was also hoping for some character development for MC after ch. 15, but sadly, nothing happened.

Skill names are trash, beginning is generic, lame and dumb, but plot development and characters are surprisingly good. It's well executed generic isekai (just without usual impending doom from demon lord).

@SmutAccount tbh MC is actually stupid. Giving away for free anything (especially medicines) just makes people whining beggars who will try to abuse you. I wonder how did MC live in her previous life with that attitude?
