@mirewitch honorifics are not gendered in Japanese, -chan is not a feminine honorific. Mark-chan or Marie-chan sounds absolutely the same to a Japanese person's ears, just endearing ways to refer to these people.

Imagine reading this manga for 27 chapters and STILL believe Mogumo is not non-binary NOR these people exist.

For what it's worth I bought the volumes on book walker, I have no idea if we'll get another manga from Tsumoi Hara but I like overall their style even though their manga are not masterpieces.

I just re-read the first chapter and you can actually see that Megumi used to be a lot skinnier, less bouncy back then!
