Will it be possible to change the language from "other" to "Kazakh" when it is introduced to the site?

I would not mind sharing with clean scans, after my translation into one language, so that it would be easier for other languages to scanlate.

How often are new languages added? Many people from Kazakhstan would like to add a translation of the manga in Kazakh. The choice fell on mangadex, as there are no other analogues.
