It's a parody of Girls und Panzer in case you didn't know. The author of this manga previously worked on a spin-off manga of that show called Ribbon Warrior.

The story will be character interactions + witch exams. The first one of these will be in chapter 5. The way the volumes are structured now there will be 4 chapters with their daily life/character development/interacting and then every 5th chapter is an exam.
