Could this suggest that nagi was one who could originally see ghosts. That she died in place of honami. The being trying to kill them might not be nagi's ghost, it might be someone else who wants to kill them all. Could even be tear's mother

It might not be properly explained in the manga, but what the wn said was that the corruption was happening his entire existence, and finally the corrupted alter ego became strong enough to overpower his main ego. It's not a sudden thing, it's just the straw which broke the camels back.

I really love these 2 dorks. Hope we get to see more of them hanging out. eiri is just kinoko with more practice at talking and a lot more rehearsals. Here's hoping that Eiri joins the friend group and doesn't end up being a villain like the last arc hinted at the end.
