You do realize Okubo used photorealistic people before, right? It was to show the world was before the Cataclysm. Not only is it pretty creepy and trippy but also creative.
This is the second manga where blood manipulation is the focus of the power system. So far all these abilities have been cool so far and the world is fairly unique. Since it's only 25 chapters I'll wait to see how things turn out for this manga.
