    Tokage Bakuhatsu Shiro

Guess there's not much hope of the English translation being picked back up after so long, but I would love to read more.

Glittering and Glaring: My Destiny Romance with Violence - Vol. 1 Ch. 2 - The Man They Call "Top Dog"

What a trip, it makes me laugh to see this detailed, highly shaded art style with the random shoujo character waltzing through the pages. It's such a high contrast that it makes it feel like a satire, but it's so fun. I can't wait for more!

The Villainess' Maker - Ch. 21

@student2020 Haha, thank you, just wanted to verify I wasn’t imagining it!

    U Kill I Cook

@ehuehi Yay, thank you to you and your group!

The Villainess' Maker - Ch. 21

I’m not the only one seeing Killian’s slowly increasing quantity of piercings, am I?

    Penguin Kakumei

This was a really cute manga and worth the read. I will say that if you are really hoping for romance... you might want to look elsewhere. Slow burn is a bit of an understatement when trying to explain the "romance" tag on this one. If you are someone who needs some romantic resolution, you're...

The Night When the Crow Caws - Ch. 6

This guy is a parade of red flags. To anyone reading this, if someone (man, woman, unicorn, whatever) EVER talks to you like this, get out IMMEDIATELY. This is not romance. This is abuse.

    Shen Yi Di Nu

I just can’t any more. I got to chapter 159 before the female lead’s unrealistically over powered abilities broke my immersion too drastically to fix. There’s a lot I’m willing to put up with when given a decent explanation, but “it’s a good thing I hung out with the trainer a few times” as an...

    Seirou Opera

I have been enjoying this more than I expected I would. Our female lead is a determined individual, rather than insensibly stubborn. She is naive, but she learns quickly and makes decisions based on not just her past experience, but on her newly acquired information as well. A lot of her faults...

    Sincerely: I Became a Duke's Maid - Vol. 2 Ch. 56

@Tatsuya-Kai That would definitely have been a better word choice but I imagine the translators had to go with whatever was closest to the author’s original intent. The female lead continues to talk about him still being childish, so him declaring her as his lover with no care for the social...

    Sincerely: I Became a Duke's Maid - Vol. 2 Ch. 56

@carolibarros I agree! And depending on the time period, bringing your lover to another aristocrat’s home was ranked anywhere from bad manners to a downright insult to the host.

Bring the Love - Ch. 24

It’s hard to accept “no” as an answer when someone you rely on for life advice informs you that you just need to “man up and prove your love.” Poor Lucas, I hope he realizes quickly that his dad gives terrible advice, or he’s going to lose even his friendship with Leah.

Bring the Love - Ch. 3

Ah, Neuswanstein. I knew it would make an appearance.

    A Capable Maid

I am really enjoying this series so far. The romance isn’t too pushy, and has avoided some of the cliche scenes with male leads getting physically aggressive when they feel jealousy. I’m really looking forward to more!

As You Like It, Margrave - Ch. 20

Based on the sketch, the castle seems to be loosely based on Neuschwanstein in Germany. A fun fact bout Neuschwanstein is that, while there isn’t a hot spring, it did have running water thanks to a waterfall that cascaded down the mountain behind it.

    Revenge Wedding

This is great so far. A strong female lead who’s reactions make sense given her life experiences is always nice to see. The male lead mostly has understandable reactions as well. And the translation team’s efforts are very appreciated! Can’t wait to read more!

    Samurai High School

Well, that was a pretty fun read. A few things to note: 1. The romance is super slow burn without any "official" romantic relationship being formed for either of the two MCs. So if you're after smooches, you'll want to look elsewhere. 2. There is no romantic interest between the twin MCs...

    Madame Petite

This is so much more amazing than I thought it was going to be. The summary sounded interesting, but it certainly wasn't able to catch the depth and development in this series so far. If you enjoy romance that slowly builds as two individuals get to know each other (or just dislike "insta-love")...
