I don't know what's real in here. In the manga, Tatsumaki hadn't fought the other Cadres at all except Gyoro-Gyoro. After Gyoro-Gyoro, she was fighting Psychos alone, and after Psychos emerged with the cells of Orochi. Then Tatsumaki lift everyone to the surface including the monster's basement...
