There is no misunderstanding, Kyoko is just insecure that a girl that probably likes his man has a lot of things in common with him, which suck but at the same time she can't lash out because nobody is doing anything wrong either.
If the spoilers are true, and I have no reason to believe otherwhise, then this is as far as I go, this cookie cutter D&D campaigns' main point of interest are the characters since their setting is as generic as it gets, the MC is a useless doormat despite his strenght and not very sharp since...
I mean, we are talking about a sexy woman in her 30s, you are telling me that no man ever tried to get close to her like that and only now she's feeling this way? There is certainly something up with this lady.
While she doesn't have to be "pure" or anything, I just find it hard for me to by the "cutsey girl in love" from a chick who'd let any random bozo hit in the middle of a school classroom.
