This series is just a bit too grounded for comedic bits like Tomo randomly grabbing the house keys and throwing them. She comes across as a massive try hard, or as someone who is desperate to be quirky and "unique". She's usually fairly tolerable, and can be funny in the series up to this point...

I'm guessing Mr.Ghee is extremely self loathing because he is so unattractive, and wants to get the ass of the woman he believes to be the peak, the top of the food chain, so prove his worth. If I remember correctly, Ghee agreed to give her everything if he lost, so I kind of feel bad for him...
