I'll admit that I got confused for a second, but this was the 3rd volume (the end of it?) and the series literally has the cover of the 4th volume as its page image. This, along with no “END” tag for this chapter, clued me in.

Don't get me started… there's such a dearth of loving and gentle femdom on here that you have to search for female-demographic manga just to have the slightest hope.
