I have seen so many series like this to the point where I'm scared of what happens in South Korean schools. :nyoron: The authors never spend much time justifying how/why this can happen. I would love for someone to spell it out for me.
Author went all-in too early. There could have been more build-up to the point where I'm wondering where the story can even go from here. Is she gonna get nukes in the final chapter?
Fumi could call the school or the police over Hanabi, if she does not want to bother Ichinose with it. The cute romantic moments and work drama come off as distractions for as long as the urgent Hanabi subplot remains unresolved. And Fumi's failure to respond so far makes her look bad.
You might like this series called Masamune-Kun's Revenge. Chunky boy gets rejected then tries to make his former bully/love interest fall in love with him, for revenge.
This type of thing seems implausible until you actually experience it in real life. Sometimes it feels like 50% of people are factually insane and lack empathy. And then another 50% will just go along to get along once the crazies set the tone.
