They didn't pick this up. It was released 8 months ago on their site. And this is pretty much their last update as a group.

Separate group (in name). Flame Scans is dead. This chapters were by Flame Comics

The chapter has been up on their site for more than a month. No one just bothered to upload to MangaDex. Since I noticed the new chapter I uploaded it.

Don't worry i have checked bookwalker to make the reports. I'll also like to add that i have only checked the english release
