I feel ya, I like her character as well as her dynamic with Kazu, but I think it's safe to say that it's over for her. Especially with her realization at the end of last chapter
Ya had me til this part lol
Yuito should run faaar away from all these people.
Aggressive as fuck brother, the people who always compare him to his brother, and the stalking, blackmailing, yandere tendencies older sister of his crush
Nikaido is in the WN but, from what I vaguely remember (in the 124 chapters I read of it), she wasn't a love rival like she is in this (and maybe the LN, haven't read the LN version)
Yeah, it really is. More than she knows, but at least she's actually suspicious about it and noticing it. As much as I try to give a character the benefit of the doubt, or would point issues out on their side of the fence too. It really is all on one side for once.
Girl. You were quite literally just using her ass as a headrest/pillow a moment ago. I dunno how much closer you wanna be without adding a tag or two to this story
I mean, sure, but if we're being honest that plot point isn't as interesting or funny as it was when first introduced.
It got me interested in how things would play out, sure, but here we are. 8 (real) months later, same song and dance. I'd rather the story focus on any other aspects at this point.
I've never been on a boat before, but, after having read all to this point in one sitting to finally move this out of "Plan to Read", I like to think I know what seasickness is with how much this managed to twist and turn my stomach.
Having stumbled upon this and reading it all in one sitting, man... A lot to unpack. Bums me out that things are likely coming to an end here soon. There's still so much more I wanna see and know about the characters and world being written here.
The most true to life thing here are the good intentions but awful execution and communication to match.
Though, it doesn't help that she's not being entirely honest and keeping a lot of cards to her chest. But, going off what she thinks, that might be the safest avenue if things tend to get...
I dunno how that person could argue otherwise tbh.
Like, the MC here was selected to be Rua's husband at a young age. So he would've been married into a rich and powerful family.
To prepare for that the family trained him both physically and educationally. So bro can slam money down onto a...
I mean... the author did glaze him so hard when having Rua's family talk about him. Stuff like how he was meant to be her husband and therefore trained to be able to protect her, how the guy was actively pretending to be average as to not overshadow Rua. That if he were to get serious he could...
