I try my best to just look at the chapter number for this reason. I find them useful, especially these kinds of titles, when revisiting but apart from that, I stick to just number.

Or by what pronouns they use to refer to themselves. Though that would be TL'd as I♀️or whatever. It's most likely because the word itself is a feminine meaning of priestess
