Yeah I believe so, they aren't a fan of paywalling chapters. For example Tokii No Fansub has this issue as well off of the top of my head anyways.

Nah like, I don't read this series anywhere other than mangadex (Same goes for a lot of series, this is my preferred site for it)

It's not, I just looked at the raws and the pages match up for the most part and the raws were released 2 days ago on rawkuma

Don't expect a whole lot from this scanlation team theres already a bunch of cases where other teams had to take over because they were so slow with updating
