There's very little difference when your fantasy world has spheres/planets/dimensions. For comparison think about the Daedra from TES. A real shame these demons aren't cute, horns look really good.

Personally, if the SFX are very fancy I leave them alone and put a TN Note or Subtitle on them, and if they're boring I translate them.

This is why it's stupid when scanlators drop series just because they got picked up or licensed. The likelihood of the tank releases actually getting caught up on even short series like this are minuscule.
