Yeah, cleaning and typesetting is kinda messy, and sometimes this guy makes mistakes translating lines and even outright replaces them with made-up ones (I assume he has to do this to cover up the flaws in the cleaning). But releasing 50 something+ chapters in a few days is damn impressive.
