Don't worry, we're planning to stay! We read its terms of use very carefully and even chatted with Mangadex staff for any needed clarifications. There shouldn't be any reason we'll need to vacate the platform again in the future as long as we don't get served with takedown requests.

Lol Not so much dolls, but rather kids with some doll-like features. The reason they look toy-like is because the mangaka's original idea was to make them dolls in a box instead of kids with a book, and that concept carried over into his revised work. As for how the dog made it in.... Well...
