Justice for Eunyung ! I'm sad, his parents need to be charged with child abuse but given what we've seen till now, I feel like it won't happen :(

what makes this even more frustrating is that I'm sure some kids are living like that, this is so sad, this just shows some people really shouldn't be a parent. In an ideal world, there should an annual test for parents to see if they deserve to keep their children and prevent child abuse.
