Ye, but Lucoa's not a determined fighter. Instead she's airheaded and constantly focuses on not using too much raw power, rather than worrying about the application. The only thing we saw her being serious, was when she was hunting the catgirl (in the flashback).

That's more like, her sister's imagination. I dunno if she was doing that on purpose, or she genuinely believed things work that way (as she's shown to be way more sex-minded than Lucoa is). IRL, people don't keep their mood constant for several days.
