Just finished it. Decent short romance story. Could have been more fleshed out which I am sure the light novel/web novel does a better job at but it was still an enjoyable read. I see some people are upset the MC forgives the girls who mistreated him in the past but I think it's fine...

This was a good conclusion. Aizawa didn't need to kill Suzuki because his revenge was already completed. And I'm glad that Shiori was able to find happiness and that there are some good people and that her friend felt remorse in the end.
