OK, apparently it's a genre not a magazine

Anyone know the names of one of these "Lady Comics" type magazines? Kiryu Coco mentioned them in one of her streams, just wanted to check one out. It sounded like there was one called just like レディコミク　but I can't find it >///<

My interpretation of the last page is that the trap is posting a letter, having previously received one so it would be her turn to reply, after gaining courage from the positive reaction to her admission from the book shop manager. This doujin was really good, hopefully there will be a sequel...
