Does anyone know how to buy coins to exchange for chapters on foxtoon when located in the United States? Trying to buy the raw chapters for a manhwa but I can't for the life of me get anything to work on desktop or mobile. Found a couple tutorials online but they're kinda old and nothing works...

I can provide raws for up to ch 40, clean, and typeset if someone wants to translate. And if anyone knows how to buy coins on foxtoon I can buy the rest of the chapters. I tried and tried but it seems impossible with a US credit card.
