I just remembered that our main character reincarnated. Shouldn't they be introducing stuff like crop rotation or starting a laundromat? Maybe next chapter.
Stringing along a gay friend on purpose is one heck of a character detail. Are they going to try and do a redemption arc for her? I guess she could also vindictively spread rumors or something
Wait, we confronted the populace multiple times, completed a full "You Should Keep Your Distance From Me" arc, realized her feelings of love, and baked cookies all in one chapter? My face is being blown back by the g-forces of this narrative
Stan/Oshi/Idolatry culture makes me cringe, but I can still remember a version of myself that used the term "husbando" in earnest to describe an anime character so I hope everyone keeps having fun however they please.
I would've liked to see a shot of the couple meeting from the sister's far away perspective, but it's still nice to see Kurokawa having some kind of strength
Koga bursts onto the scene with her guitar and takes over the whole prom with her album debut, goes viral yet again and then gives Aya a high five for helping her figure out a good marketing strategy
While I like the cast, I think the soft approach to the "mistaken villainess" hook doesn't have much going for it and our main girl is starting to look a bit too doofy. I've read too many angsty manwha recently, seeing a character come from an abusive environment who is so dense and good-natured...
Now that a chunk of the cast will be wrapped up in StuCo responsibilities, that means far less opportunities for interruptions on Saotome's side as he gets closer to the titular character of the manga who everybody totally remembers at this point... right?
