Thanks again for pointing it out, its been fixed. These errors and similar ones in earlier chapters were due to a specific editing problem we were having during and after typesetting, it has been taken care of now and hopefully, in the future releases we wont have this issue.

Notes! Apologies for the oversight and thank you so much for taking the time to point it out, it was an editing mistake that went by unnoticed on my part. Its been fixed now.
