The mangaka (and/or editor?) is really subpar.... The story so far should have been multiple chapters. I mean no offense, but you are glad, that the freqent, not indicated, and suddent timeskips without explanation turn this already heavily cliché-ridden manga into a close to incomprehansible...

The despicable shotacon got really mad about that the shota was fake.

My guess is that you can wait for an eternity for Mascarada. They dropped Musket Girls!, they active with Let's run an inn on Dungeon Island!, and they seem to drop this manga. I see the pattern: They are hardcore femdom fetishists. Musket Girls! turned out to be way not femdom, but girl...
