That means even if she is in denial right now, she's secretly thinks of Natori, and caring for her.
Yeah, if she doesn't change even without those "monster" on her head by the end of the arc, and still stick around the main group, then I'm gonna be disappointed, it's just borderline unhealthy, weird and creepy tbh, poor Hana and Miko.

Base on your description of why you don't like this series, i'm guessing you like light Yuri romance drama? with simple love story that don't involve heavy political points into the story?, If my guess is right then the story in this manga might not be cup of your tea since they involve politics...
