Kinda got confused there but I managed to figure it out by the end of the chapter. So technically he is like Clark Kent, unknowingly fooling around with Lois Lane, Lana Lang and Lyla Lerrol. It's not that shitty for a romcom setting but the way it was portrayed here is kind of poorly written.

Yeah, I think it's just an adaptation from an LN. The other one You2 is working on (titled with a "Nanjou-san" I think) is an original one though and is around 20+ chapters long now. Haven't started it though.
