Yay. The latest episode of the anime finally gave me enough context to work out what the "Ferrari" was. It's a Shoshin Speed Sprayer. Feels like a 4wd model with elements from the 3w model.

Translator explained in notes at the start. He's basically using the Mandarin pronunciations of all the names(Chinese and Japanese use the same characters/kanji) to be more "authentic" I guess because they're supposed to be Chinese and not Japanese.

That makes way more sense. I just ran it through Google Lense and page 1 panel 3 was pretty much gibberish instead of an achoo sound.

Looks like they're just caught up with the raws at this point, Which also explains why the official english translation(JNC) isn't even touching this last volume yet, since the volume isn't complete yet.
