This scan could use some manual up-scaling. No Waifu 2X for the love of weeb god, as it jumble up fine lines and destroy halftones making the entire thing look like someone smeared Vaseline in the page. Just a unsharpen filter and a halftone filter (from Krita) does wonders on these pages.

Seeing the comments bellow it seems the manhwa author butchered the novel's characters, and butchered they were. I would say the rabbit girl was one dimensional, but what a boring NON-dimensional character that was. A computer screen would have made the job better than she did.
