I went to check the raws and based off my limited Japanese knowledge, he does indeed seem to be comparing her to his past experiences with other people. The actual wording in the dialogue is translated less accurately here however, though that could just be the translator preferring to localize...

You can actually read some of the experiences section on Amona's profile page. Top right one is "anal" which seems to be 4. Bottom left is "fella" (short for fellatio) which looks like 31. If I knew more Japanese I could probably figure out from context what the entire left column was, but I can't.

I only looked at the first page but it it has worse typesetting, a worse translation, and the first page is missing an entire line. Not to mention this has already been translated by a competent group. Just... why?
