Nope, she's known since she was born. The manga hasn't touched on it before now, but the narration in the Light Novel was very clear that she's always known exactly who she was by covering her internak thoughts.

The manga has only hinted at it, but the Light Novel's narration made it explicit long before this. You just lose all that internal dialog in the transition.
