It's the translation that's late, Chapter 22 released last week. At the end of the Chapter 17 translation they said they were looking for help to get future chapters done. Presumably they didn't get any :(
Wait... am I being dense? Where does it say anything about that? I thought PA-san and Seika were just overhearing someone else's conversation, not that PA-san was talking about a husband
