I hate Tsubasa so far but nice characterisation showing he is also former idol before he is a CEO and could recognised what Ritsu is lacking before Hitoe call Ritsu out. His comments is basically the same as Aria before but unlike Aria he doesn't know Ritsu well.

Yea, I find it interesting as much as Hikaru hates Tsukasa she is still able to take objective view towards him. Also, in a way you could see the combination as complementary to each others. Each piecing what others doesn't have.
