Their translations were filled with mistakes too, albeit more subtle ones. This one feels a lot like some google translate nonsense.

I’m not saying this with the intent to be rude, but have some pride in what you put effort into. Any job worth doing is worth doing right. There are far too many errors in this translation, so maybe just don’t do it if you aren’t going to do it well? Personally, I’d wait for quality. I guess...

If the translation is accurate then that mask is almost trash. You have to take a hit to (presumably) the head, a minimum of 10 times but since it only has an 8% chance to proc, it will likely require a much larger number of hits specifically to the mask for a measly 5 seconds of powerful buff...
