I hate thieves. To make it worse she claims she should be treated as an adult while having her actions overlooked as if she was a child. Throw her in jail. Don't enslave her though, then we will never be rid of her from the story.

Well their leader did go missing or had a psychotic break. The MC will be kind and bring them into the fold. The poor guys and girls will be so sad for the loss of their leader, but I'm sure they will find a way to move on.

My view on it is that, all other things being equal, men will always be stronger then women. Unless of course the story goes out of it's way to explain otherwise. It's like I assume the characters are breathing air until it's said otherwise. We don't know if magic is an equalizer or not.

They fear a "witch" when a "demon" is one of their party. The witch is the enemy of the church which is shown to be an evil organization. That doesn't make the witch good, but it does cast serious doubt on it being evil
