In regard to the translator's question at the end of the manhwa: this is a very typical way that Sherlock Holmes shows (I've never read the books) prove how skilled he is at observation and deduction. Detective character exposition, essentially.

Not only that, they're supposed to be "done" according to themselves! Ch. 61 of Isekai Yururi Kikou says that they're moving out of the country and have to stop translating. Then only a day or so later, they post a manglation (it's definitely not a translation) of a chapter of Isekai Yakkyoku...
Let's just add to that that his last release on the last page of his "translation" for it (Ch. 61) says they're leaving the country and can't "translate" anymore. Then this shows up. So not only are they bad at translating, they're also a liar.
