Zenbu Kowashite Jigoku de Aishite - Vol. 5 Ch. 25 - A Voice

Oh damn I wasn’t aware of that. In that case I think we’ll get a proper relationship at least going forwards. Tbf if I hadn’t seen this the manga does feel like it is resolving like half its issues rn.

Zenbu Kowashite Jigoku de Aishite - Vol. 5 Ch. 25 - A Voice

Tbh idk if Mine is even a current threat. She’s played up as a later issue to resolve more as a result of Isanuma’s realization and honestly acts more as a side character couple parallel to the main cast. Isanuma also has an isolating shitty toxic person in her life that feeds into her worst...

Zenbu Kowashite Jigoku de Aishite - Vol. 5 Ch. 25 - A Voice

This arc truly had concluded well. The author did a good job giving us a lot of parallels between each girl. Kurumi starts off with a horrible shitty abusive household, a poor standing with her class, and gets into a coercive abusive toxic relationship that seeks to control her and cut her off...

Shikabane Shoujo to Ai ga Omoi Sei-kishi no Toubatsu Gakuen Life - Vol. 2 Ch. 7 - The Witch of Wishes

I just saw this too. I’m smelling an axe? Although it could just be short which sucks since it’s an odd place to end off on. Feels like story is just beginning.

Gyaru Maid to Akuyaku Reijou ~Ojou-sama no Happy End shika Katan!~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 13 - The Choice of Happiness

ILTV I just genuinely blank out that part for the sake of my own sanity because it changes nothing. Office lady is blatantly worse because it is just a 30 year old Japanese woman hitting on a depressed high schooler. Bully makes a very clear point but it is in passing. I wish I remembered where...

Chou Shin-Uchuu Yori Ai wo Komete - Vol. 1 Ch. 1 - Visitor From Space

The entire premise is a bit silly but enjoyable. Also we were destined to be together/be my finance being handled in, a less forceful way that feels less weird. Also I’m a sucker for gloomy as hell leads who lack confidence and are depressed.

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

Also to add they don’t care about international sales generally even if they’re significant. Japanese sales matter so much more companies have canceled successful things because they sold fine elsewhere just not Japan.

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

That and the metrics Japanese companies use for sales alongside an absurd aversion to international sales makes it so many things die off for at times no real reason. This gets even worse with anime because for reasons beyond anyone’s comprehension performance is measured in either merch sales...

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

The art was really solid and honestly did a lot for the story. The overall aesthetic of the setting was neat and felt any level of more originally than most manga. That said at least there’s the light novel.

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

T Thats unfortunate. Nonetheless thanks for translating! I didn’t even notice it’d been 2 entire years honestly. It was a really cool manga and a lot more distinct than the usual yuri manga. Sometimes good stuff doesn’t get the attention it needs but oh well. Everyone who’s read it still got to...

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

Also wow that was a really harsh axe. It’s such a jarring ending.

Twinstar Cyclone Runaway - Vol. 3 Ch. 18 - Anywhere, as long as we're together

I absolutely loved this manga it really sucks it got axed. Was it just not selling amazingly well? Or was the manga adaptation more or less used for a short sales boost? I would have loved to see more.

Kodoku no Kochou wa Donna Yume wo Miru no ka? - Ch. 10

Oh for sure. If that remains something more bitter or toxic that could be fine because that makes sense. My point was just if for some reason they escalate into anything past surface level cordial. They shouldn’t even remotely be together + there’s better love interests she could have.

Gyaru Maid to Akuyaku Reijou ~Ojou-sama no Happy End shika Katan!~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 13 - The Choice of Happiness

There are so many oh my god. Outside the yuri space like fucking so many. Usual example is pedo McGee mushoko tensai which is actually worse but even in the yuri ones you have ILTV where it would have probably been best to not have Rei be a former office worker. Please bully me miss villainess...

Kodoku no Kochou wa Donna Yume wo Miru no ka? - Ch. 10

It could happen but feel like such a cop out when their bridge is completely burned right now and MC doesn’t even care about her rn.

Kodoku no Kochou wa Donna Yume wo Miru no ka? - Ch. 10

Humans running even the greatest of empires have been dumber than this in the face of horrid threats. And now the leaders of this group are unstable human bug hybrid highschoolers slowly losing their humanity. This feels more cordial than it should be

Kodoku no Kochou wa Donna Yume wo Miru no ka? - Ch. 10

The cover change concerns me but it’s not too surprising albeit I don’t think that would make a good pair in a like, serious/wholesome way. If they end up being toxic as shit it could work but they could also use a different character and keep this relationship antagonistic. The entire character...

Gyaru Maid to Akuyaku Reijou ~Ojou-sama no Happy End shika Katan!~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 13 - The Choice of Happiness

His whole pitch kinda smells of that too. Our women are strong willed and have high autonomy and we lack a good mage/warrior. Wanna be our mage/warrior? We’d have to marry but I’ve set almost no real obligations even implicit. The dude is about the best choice if working within the system...

Gyaru Maid to Akuyaku Reijou ~Ojou-sama no Happy End shika Katan!~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 13 - The Choice of Happiness

It’s just we finally get a manga that doesn’t drag or pull nonsense tropes. The girls are straightforward enough and the people of the story aren’t comical so the progress made feels not silly. Also the isekai character isn’t a 30 year old office worker grooming a high schooler so thank god.

Kimi Meku Yoru ni Kogarete - Vol. 3 Ch. 17

There were no misunderstandings, no running around like a headless chicken or super intense but needless awkwardness. Straight to the point thank god. This manga keeps winning even if the night cafe is a silly yet kinda cute premise.
