I got so confused. Wouldn't you prefer her not to become a sadist if you are trying to live? If she goes down the sadist route then there are so many ways it can backfire vs just not doing that. It even reads like hes the trigger to all the poblems in the game's story over an outside cause.

I am going to assume that for this story what we see as readers is different from what the characters actually see within the story. Thats the only way to make any sense of this because no way can the MC think they were boys otherwise.
