Most of the observations apply in the real world tbh. Don't be creepy, be respectful and listen when she talks. The bar for relationships is under the floor no 1:5 ratio needed.
Tbh I think this qualified as dropping the ball on the anime's part. This would definitely add some flavor to the story that I think at this point it definitely needs, (at least to explain some plot points).
