I'm grateful for the chapter, but I beg of you. Fix this "Patisserie" issue. PatissERIE is the pastry or the shop that sells them, the job and every instance so for of the words should have been PatissIER (pronounced roughly pati-see-eh). It's like saying a police or mail instead of policeman or...
