Honestly not bad, it's a nice read about a girl that's presented to as a loser who slowly grows out of her shell and matures(still kind of a loser though). If you're into those kinds of stories of characters getting out of their slumps, then give it a read.

Makes sense that he'd fold, he's being respected by the only other person that could be considered his equal and that very same person genuinely wants his friendship without any ulterior motives.
